尹家俊教授（大連大學附屬中山醫院）

醫學博士，三級教授、主任醫師，博士生導師、博士後合作導師。現任大連大學附屬中山醫院副院長、肝膽外科學術帶頭人，興遼英才傑出醫學名家，遼寧省五一勞動獎章獲得者，大連市“登峰計劃”負責人，大連市高端人才，入選遼寧省“百萬人才工程”。在SCI和中華係列期刊發表論文50餘篇，多次獲遼寧省科技進步獎，主持多項國家級與省級科研項目。專長包括全腹腔鏡胰十二指腸切除、熒光導航精準肝切除及結直腸癌肝轉移綜合治療。主頁：https://www.dlhospital.com/home/article_display/10463

譚德猛副研究員（複旦大學附屬上海市公共衛生臨床中心）

博士畢業於哥本哈根大學，碩導。研究方向包括：群體感應調控噬菌體–宿主互作機製、噬菌體基因編輯與改造、超級細菌噬菌體治療的臨床轉化研究。主持國科金青年、麵上項目、上海浦江人才等多項課題；以第一作者/通訊作者在ISMEJ
、PNAS
、mBio等期刊發表SCI論文31篇。

二、研究方向

1.腸道微生態（細菌與噬菌體）與肝膽疾病損傷的機製。

2.噬菌體治療改善酒精性和脂肪性肝病的作用研究。

3.利用多組學和分子生物學揭示腸道菌群在結直腸癌發生發展中的作用機製。

4.基於轉化醫學探索噬菌體在消化係統疾病中的致病機理與治療潛力。

三、招聘要求

1.生物學/醫學相關博士學位（細菌學、分子生物學
、生信
、免疫學背景優先），年齡一般不超過35歲。

2.以第一作者發表至少1篇SCI二區及以上論文，具有獨立開展研究的能力。

3.具備較強的科研興趣、責任心和團隊合作精神。

4.英文讀寫與溝通能力良好
，有海外經曆者優先。

5.工作地點：複旦大學附屬公共衛生臨床中心。

四、薪酬待遇與出站要求

1.科研型全職博士後稅前年薪18–20萬元，另享大連市政府補貼22萬元（入職中山醫院、簽訂勞動合同
、五險一金齊全）。

2.提供良好科研條件及團隊支持。

3.協助申請博士後創新人才支持計劃、中國博士後科學基金、國家自然科學基金等項目。

4.出站要求：第一作者SCI二區論文1–2篇。優秀者可晉升副研究員

1. About the Principal Investigators

Prof. Jiajun Yin (Zhongshan Hospital, Dalian University)

Prof. Yin is a senior hepatobiliary surgeon, Vice President of Zhongshan Hospital, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral mentor. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, received multiple provincial science and technology awards, and leads several national and provincial research grants. His clinical expertise includes laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, fluorescence-guided precision hepatectomy, and multidisciplinary management of colorectal liver metastasis. Dr. Demeng Tan (Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, Fudan University)

Dr. Tan obtained his PhD from the University of Copenhagen and is currently a Principal Investigator and MSc supervisor. His research focuses on quorum-sensing regulation of phage–host interactions, phage genome engineering, and clinical phage therapy for multidrug-resistant pathogens. He has led multiple national and municipal grants and has published 31 SCI papers in ISME J, PNAS, mBio, and others as first or corresponding author.

2. Research Directions

1）.Gut microbiome (bacteria and bacteriophages) and their roles in hepatobiliary injury.

2）.Phage therapy for mitigating alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

3）.Multi-omics and molecular approaches to dissect microbiome involvement in colorectal cancer.

4）.Translational studies on phage-mediated mechanisms and their therapeutic applications in gastrointestinal diseases.

3. Qualifications

1）. PhD in biology, medicine, or related fields (microbiology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, or immunology preferred), typically under 35 years old.

2）.At least one first-author SCI paper in Q1/Q2 journals; ability to conduct independent research.

3）.Strong motivation, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

4）.Strong English communication and writing skills; overseas experience preferred.

5）.Work location: Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, Fudan University.

4. Salary and Benefits

1）.Annual pre-tax salary: RMB 180,000–200,000, plus RMB 220,000 subsidy from the Dalian municipal government (upon appointment at Zhongshan Hospital; full employment contract with social insurance).

2）.Excellent research support and laboratory environment.

3）.Assistance with applications for national postdoctoral talent programs and research grants.

4）.Completion requirements: 1–2 first-author SCI Q1/Q2 papers. Outstanding candidates may be promoted to Associate Researcher and receive talent support from Dalian (RMB 300,000 talent funding, RMB 300,000 housing subsidy, RMB 100,000 start-up fund).
