Job Description:
1. 2-years rotation in Sales role (SR, CCL, Customer Management) and function role (Region CDT, activation, RTM, TOE) to equip basic knowledge.
2. In each function, he or she will take junior position to get hands-on training and on job learning to build their competence.
3. Lead and drive projects/ initiatives with clearly defined deliverables.
4. Understand Nestlé sales business process, develop a understanding of the sales channel and customer.
5. Engage with customers/distributors cross-functionally and develop Nestlé-Customer relationship.
6. Ensure sales target achievement and activity execution.
7. Understand the financial goals and measures relevant for Nestlé and Nestlé’s customers
Required Qualification:
1. Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above.
2. Enthusiastic to join FMCG industry – Nestlé fan preferred!
3. Excellent communication, presentation
