Description • Perform day-to-day production line quality monitoring, lead layer audit, track improvement actions; • RMA analysis, response for customer complaints, lead 8D activities and summarize 8D reports; • Host customer audits, visit customers for face to face customer communications; • Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements. • Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup. • Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plan(CP), Maintain Control Plans throughout the life of the part. • Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action. • Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers. • Maintain customer loyalty card and customer portal Qualifications and Skills • 5 years working experience as a quality engineer; • Multi-national company working experience is preferred; • Fluent spoken and written English; • Familiar with 6 sigma tools; • This position has a preference for candidates from the automotive parts industry, EMS manufacturers for automotive electronics, and the new energy battery industry.
