1. Research and analyze customer requirements, evaluate alternative solutions in technical feasibility, cost, Lean design and then propose the proper structure solutions to customers

2. Independently research, design mechanical parts and systems so that customer requirements can be meet, applying developed and advanced knowledge of engineering principles.

3. Leading for some specific projects and researches in mechanical aspects, such as bearing system, lubrication system, ventilation, and vibration and so on.

任職要求：
1. Master degree is needed, Mechanical engineering More than 8 years of engineering experience including at least product design for 5 years or more.
碩士研究生學曆
，機械工程專業8年以上工作經驗，包括至少5年以上的產品設計經驗；
2. Mechanical calculation experience is required (A and numerical). Rotating machinery design experience is needed.
需具備機械計算分析能力（解析和數值法）
，具備旋轉機械設計經驗。
3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
