Operation Manager Job responsibilities: 1.Responsible for contact with company secretary to complete annual return,tax declaration, and other matters to ensure the company operates in compliance. 2.Responsible for administrative affairs, including the management of documents, meetings, and so on. 3.Responsible for liaison with shareholders and subsidiaries, and coordinating the work related to the shareholders' meeting and board meeting of subsidiaries. 4.Responsible for management of procurement contracts, including contracts settlement, payment and so on. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business management, civil and commercial law, international trade, etc. is preferred. 2. With qualifications to work in Hong Kong(based in Hong Kong). 3.About 2 years of relevant experience in company operation and management. 4.High sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, good communication and coordination, fluent in Mandarin and English, good teamwork and innovation spirit. 5.Experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred.
