Provide full-cycle daily HR support, Key duties included driving
recruitment cycles, administering employee onboarding/offboarding, processing
internal transfers, and managing probationary assessments to support workforce
stability and policy adherence.
提供南京工廠日常HR全流程的工作支持。主要職責包括:跟蹤招聘周期、協助員工入職/離職手續、處理內部調動及員工試用期評估,以支持勞動力穩定和政策合規。

Orchestrated
and supported the implementation of local HR initiatives and time-sensitive
tasks at the plant level, including comprehensive management of client audit
preparations and emergency response coordination.
統籌支持工廠本地人力資源工作的規劃落地與臨時性任務的高效執行,包括客戶審核專項支持、應急事件協調等綜合事務管理。

Partnered with people leaders to design and execute business-driven
training and employee experience programs, continuously advancing
organizational capability development and shaping company culture by
strengthening core competencies and elevating engagement.

Job Requirements / 任職要求

Bachelor's
degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related fields; 5 years of proven HR experience.
本科及以上學曆,人力資源、工商管理等相關專業, 5年以上人力資源經驗。
·
Experience
in an international company is a strong plus and proficient in English.
外企背景優先, 英語可作為工作語言。
·
Familiar
with basic HR processes and local labor laws.
熟悉基礎HR流程及當地勞動法規。
·
Good
communication, coordination and execution skills; attention to detail.
具備良好溝通協調、執行能力及細節把控力。
·
Proficient
in office software and HR information systems.
熟練使用辦公軟件及HR信息係統。
·
Responsible,
empathetic and strong confidentiality awareness.
工作負責、有同理心,保密意識強。 能熟練使用今日招聘網,招聘號的維護
