- Project management; ramp-up New Product on-time, maintain released project Engineering change.
- Drive Continuous improvement of the product on Cost, Quality and utilization
- New line plan and setup, key station capacity improvement for delivery
- Industrial engineering from view of product owner. Design/optimize process base on product
- have Automotive product experience, or quality management experiences
Job Responsibilities
1. Project/product management; ramp-up New Product on-time, maintain daily project.
2. Awareness of quality management system of Automative manufacture.
3. New Project leader in MOE, coordinating within China, and Global product team.
4. Close cooperation with all engineering and production.
5. Coordinator of customer audit.
6. Setting-up and controlling schedules: Toolings, materials, EWAK, QZ test, until SOP
7. Daily maintain running product, especially Engineering changes, customer requirement
8. Drive Continuous improvement of the product on Cost, Quality
9. Engineering, and IE background for internal owner follow up and driving improvement project.
10. Industrial engineering for production process
