Responsibilities:  Play the role of center of expertise for talent assessment and development;  Develop global talent strategy, identification and development talents for DiDi Global;  Design talent development programs to support the growth of leadership pipeline  Participate in global executive talent and talent management work and adapt global talent solutions for local needs (Talent Review, Succession Planning, leadership Assessment and Development etc.). Requirement：  Experience in HR consulting, Talent COE roles, grading and job family management, performance management, or HRBP with experience in talent review, succession planning, leadership development;  Strong TD mindset: systematic thinking, drive for results;  Strong business acumen with the ability to link talent management initiatives to key business priorities;  Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
