職位描述： Sustainable optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs. Provide basis for planning and decision-making. Continuous consultation with supervisor and department Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting). Define procedure steps aiming to use existing resources perfectly and minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials. Responsible for purchase of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production). New product introduction throughout engineering team and production. 職位要求： Degree from senior technical college in electronics engineering, plus several years of professional experience PCB Test, Semi-conductor Test or SMT ICT or FCT test field experience is preferred.
