Responsibilities and Main Tasks: 1.Responsible for PQ technicians, expeditors, coordinators, engineers, PPC line controllers, line controller engineers, and supervisors 2.Ensure there is a smooth communication flow between OH, PPC, PE/CAM and Operations. Coordinate equipment availability in various areas with Department managers 3.Present overview for production situation include throughput, priority performance, delivery risk and recovery plan to PPC manager on daily base. 4.Ensure effective delivery in line with the customer’s expectation. Work together to develop innovation solution to meet the needs of the customer in line with plant capacity/capability5.Analyse current process and make optimization. Define clearly the process steps, responsibilities, criterias, interfaces and tools needed 6.Responsible for PQ technicians, expeditors, coordinators, engineers, PPC line controllers, line controller engineers, and supervisors Required Qualifications and Skill Profile: 1.Several years of PCB experience 2.Energetic, enthusiastic and willing to accept new challenge 3.Must be self-thinker and practical 4.Know well about each process and lead time 5.Fluent English 6.Excellent communication and conflict handling skill 7.Team player8.Authority to give instructions and guidance to subordinates 9.Provide leadership and support to all of his/her employees 10.Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions 11.Strong interdepartmental communication channels 12.Display collaborative attitude within Department, between peers and other business contact person 職能類別：生產計劃/物料管理(PMC) 關鍵字：PCB、PPC
