Job Title: Worldwide Account Manager

Summary
The Worldwide Account Manager drives global eCommerce growth by developing strategic account plans, leading enterprise sales engagements, and enabling long-term customer success across key international markets. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored digital commerce solutions that strengthen customer value and accelerate business expansion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute global eCommerce account strategies to drive scalable revenue growth across key international markets.
2. Lead enterprise-level sales engagements by conducting strategic sales calls that uncover eCommerce client needs and position tailored solutions.
3. Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives by targeting highpotential eCommerce partners and ensuring consistent business outcomes.
4. Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to craft solution proposals aligned with eCommerce platform requirements and competitive dynamics.
5. Create compelling customer proposals and pricing models that clearly articulate value and support profitable contract decisions.
6. Oversee end-to-end account activation and postsales management to ensure seamless onboarding, ongoing customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any discipline
2. Five (5) years of relevant work experience
3. Preferred experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, with solid knowledge of logistics vendor evaluation and selection.
