崗位描述：
（1）科研任務：從事交通工程的相關科研工作。 （2）教學任務：承擔相關本科生和研究生課程。 （3）公共服務：組織國際學術會議，促進土木係的國際合作。 (1) Scientific research tasks: to implement high-quality academic research in Transportation engineering, or related fields. (2) Teaching tasks: to undertake undergraduate or postgraduate courses (about two courses per year). (3) Public service: organize international academic conferences to promote international cooperation in civil engineering and transportation engineering.
資格條件：
（1）熱愛中國，熱愛專業，有很好的團隊協作精神，接受院係與團隊的工作安排，科研發展目標明確，身體健康； （2）具有交通工程相關方向的博士學位； （3）具備較好的科研成果情況，具有獨立指導科研及申請科研項目的潛力； （4）具備積極向上的科研品質以及優秀的發散思維能力。 (1) Love China, love the professions, has good teamwork spirit, have clear scientific research development goals, and be healthy; (2) Have a doctorate degree in transportation engineering, civil engineering, or related fields; (3) A good research outcome situation, and have the potential to independently guide scientific research and apply for scientific research projects; (4) Positive scientific research quality and excellent divergent thinking ability.
